What it does
The Wall Display X2i fits where a light switch used to be and gives you a sharp 6.95 inch touchscreen in its place. It runs on a quad-core processor, so scenes, device tiles and room power readings respond the moment you touch them, and you can lay the screen out in panoramic or portrait view in the Shelly Smart Control app.
The included power base has a 5 A relay that still switches the light on that circuit. Mount it in the entrance or passage as the main control point for lights and scenes, and use it to watch how much power your Shelly PM devices are drawing. It can also run from USB-C where there is no mains in the wall.
What you need
Needs a mains supply in the wall box, or a 5 V, 1 A USB-C supply, plus a Wi-Fi network. Mains installation must be done by a registered electrician. Shelly also makes a 2-output power base, sold separately.

A registered electrician wires the included power base into a standard wall box and issues a Certificate of Compliance where required. Shelly's official guide covers the wiring and the USB-C option.
