Refund & Returns Policy

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. This policy explains your rights, what you can return, who pays for return shipping, and how refunds are processed.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act

You always have your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. If an item is defective, unsafe, not as described, or fails within six months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund — at no cost to you. This policy is in addition to those rights, never instead of them.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — we cover it

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or we sent the wrong product, we cover everything:

  • We arrange and pay for the return collection.
  • You choose a replacement or a full refund (including the original delivery charge).
  • Please tell us as soon as you can — photos of the item and packaging help us sort it out faster.

Changed your mind — 14 days

You can return an unwanted item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is:

  • Unused and in its original, undamaged packaging, with all accessories and seals intact.
  • Not a hygiene-sensitive, personalised or clearly non-returnable item (we’ll flag these on the product page where they apply).

For change-of-mind returns you arrange and pay for return shipping, and the original delivery charge is not refunded. We refund the price of the returned goods once we receive and check them.

How to request a return or refund

The quickest way is from your account:

  • Sign in and open the order under My orders.
  • Tap “Request a return”, choose the items and quantity, pick a reason, and submit.
  • You’ll get an email confirming your request. Our team reviews it within 1–2 business days and emails you the next steps.

Haven’t received your order yet and want to cancel? See the Cancellation Policy — you can cancel from your account before dispatch.

How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Payfast — we cannot refund to a different card or account.
  • Once we record the refund on your order, you receive an email confirmation.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
