Delivery Policy

We ship across South Africa with tracked, door-to-door courier delivery — or you can collect for free. Here’s what to expect.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across South Africa via The Courier Guy. We do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • Most paid orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery is typically 2–4 business days from dispatch, depending on your province and whether you’re in a main centre or an outlying area.
  • These are estimates, not guarantees — load-shedding, weather and courier delays can occasionally affect timing. We’ll keep you posted if anything changes.

Delivery cost

Delivery is charged as a separate line at checkout, calculated live from your delivery address — you see the exact courier rate before you pay. From time to time we run promotions with free or discounted delivery; those apply automatically at checkout while active.

Free collection

Prefer to collect? Choose “Collect in store” at checkout instead of delivery — collection is free. We email you when your order is ready (usually within 1–2 business days of payment); bring your order number and a photo ID.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships we email you the tracking number so you can follow it to your door. You can also track it any time from My orders if you have an account, or from the link in your confirmation email.

Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (or on collection). Please check your order on arrival and tell us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct — the courier needs to reach you. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or no one was available, re-delivery may incur an additional courier charge.

Damaged in transit
