Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind before your order ships? You can cancel it yourself and get a full refund. Here’s how it works.

Cancelling before dispatch

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request to cancel it from your account and we’ll refund you in full, including any delivery charge.

  • Sign in and open the order under My orders.
  • Tap “Request cancellation”, add a reason if you like, and submit.
  • We confirm by email and process your refund to your original payment method.

After your order has been dispatched

Once an order is on its way it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days — see our Refund & Returns Policy for how returns and refunds work, including faulty or damaged goods.

Refunds for cancelled orders

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method via Payfast.
  • You receive an email once the refund is recorded on your order.
  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Orders we may cancel

We may cancel an order — and refund you in full — if a product becomes unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud. We’ll always contact you if this happens.
