What it does
Shelly Pro Sensor Add-On sits on the DIN rail beside a compatible Shelly Pro device and connects to it directly, so the distribution board can read sensors as well as switch circuits. It has two 1-Wire channels, each taking up to five DS18B20 probes or a DHT22, two 0 to 10 V analog inputs and two digital inputs, all galvanically isolated.
There is also a potential-free solid-state output rated 30 V and 300 mA for signalling an external circuit. Use it to keep an eye on the temperature of a server cupboard or cold room, read a 0 to 10 V sensor on a farm or workshop installation, or let a soil moisture reading decide when irrigation runs. The host device needs firmware 2.0 or later.

A registered electrician must fit the add-on on the DIN rail next to its host in the distribution board. Shelly's official guide covers the connections.
