Four circuits, one screen, one board.
What it does
Shelly Pro 4PM brings four separately controlled circuits into one DIN-rail unit in your distribution board. Each channel switches up to 16 A, with 40 A across all four, and measures the power it draws. A colour display and three buttons on the front show each channel's state at the board itself.
In a South African home that could mean the geyser, the pool pump and two lighting circuits handled from one place, each with its own usage readings in the Shelly Smart Control app. You can shed non-essential circuits during load-shedding or run them on schedules. It connects over Wi-Fi or a network cable, so it stays online even when the board is far from the router.
What you need
Needs a Wi-Fi network or an Ethernet connection at the board, and the free Shelly Smart Control app.

This device is wired into your mains or DB board and must be fitted by a registered electrician.
Mounts on the DIN rail in your distribution board and needs a neutral. A registered electrician must fit it, as it connects to your mains wiring. They will follow Shelly's official wiring guide, linked on this page.
