What it does
The Shelly Plus RGBW PM turns an ordinary 12 or 24 V LED strip into lighting you control from the Shelly Smart Control app. It has four outputs that can run an RGBW strip, an RGB strip, or up to four single-colour strips as separate channels, each dimmed on its own. It also measures the power your lighting draws.
Use it for colour or warm white cove lighting in a lounge or bar area, or to dim the under-cabinet strips in a kitchen. You can keep your existing wall switches or buttons on its inputs, set schedules, and switch on a high-frequency mode that quiets the hum some LED drivers make.
What you need
Needs a 12 or 24 V DC LED power supply and a compatible LED strip, neither of which is included.
Install
It connects on the low-voltage DC side between your LED power supply and the strip. If the power supply itself needs to be wired to mains, a registered electrician should do that part. Shelly's official guide covers the connections.
