What it does
The Shelly Dimmer Gen4 fits behind an existing light switch and adds trailing-edge dimming for dimmable LED lamps up to 150 W and incandescent or halogen lights up to 200 W. It speaks Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee and Matter, so it works in the Shelly Smart Control app on its own or joins the smart home system you already run.
It works without a neutral wire, which makes it a good fit for older homes, and measures power when a neutral is connected. On loads under 20 W without a neutral, add the Shelly Bypass for Dimmer Gen3, which also suits this model, at the light fitting. It also works with Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings and Home Assistant.

Needs dimmable lamps. Zigbee or Matter control needs a compatible controller. Must be fitted by a registered electrician.
