What it does
The Shelly DALI Dimmer Gen3 links DALI lighting to the Shelly Smart Control app. It acts as the single master on a small DALI network and supplies the bus itself, controlling the brightness of up to five DALI LED drivers. It controls brightness only, not colour temperature, and is small enough to fit in a wall box or a suspended ceiling.
It suits offices and commercial spaces that already have DALI fittings and need them on a schedule, controlled from a phone, or tied into other Shelly devices. Two inputs take your existing switches or buttons, and you can set night mode, minimum and maximum brightness and fade rate.
What you need
Needs DALI-compatible LED drivers and DALI bus wiring. Must be fitted by a registered electrician.

A registered electrician connects it to the mains and the DALI bus in a wall box or ceiling void and issues a Certificate of Compliance where required. Shelly's official guide covers the wiring.
