What it does
Shelly BLU Motion uses a PIR sensor to notice when someone moves through a room, and it measures the light level at the same time. Both readings travel over Bluetooth to a Shelly BLU Gateway or a nearby Gen3 or Gen4 Shelly device, which passes them to the Shelly Smart Control app and to the other Shelly devices in your home.
Pair it with a Shelly relay or dimmer and a passage or bathroom light can switch on as you walk in, but only when the room is actually dark. It runs for years on one coin cell and needs no wiring, so it can go wherever the walking happens, from a hallway to a garage.
What you need
Needs a Shelly BLU Gateway, or a Gen3 or Gen4 Shelly device within Bluetooth range, to send its readings to the Shelly Smart Control app.

Fix it to a wall or shelf with adhesive or a screw, facing the area you want covered. It is battery powered, so there is no wiring.
