What it does
Shelly BLU Door/Window ZB pairs a slim sensor with a magnet. It reports when a door or window opens or closes, measures the angle of a window that tilts, and reads the light level in the room. It speaks Bluetooth 5 and Zigbee 3.0 at the same time, so it fits a Shelly setup, a Zigbee hub or Home Assistant through BTHome.
Use it to switch on a passage light when the back door opens, or get a phone notification when a window is left open as you head out. It is a convenience sensor that alerts your phone, not a burglar alarm. A coin cell runs it for up to five years, and it sticks on with no wiring.
What you need
Needs a Shelly BLU Gateway, or a Gen3 or Gen4 Shelly device within Bluetooth range, to reach the Shelly Smart Control app. It can join a Zigbee hub instead.
