Instead of a key box
A lockbox on the wall tells the street the place is a rental, and every past guest still knows the code. The rim lock fits over the door you already have, each guest gets their own code from your phone, and the cleaner gets one that only works on turnover day.
Set the scene before they arrive
Nice to have, not need to have. Lights on and warm before check-in, a softer scene for the evening, everything off after checkout, all from the app. Start with one bulb in the entrance and add rooms as you go.
